Dishoom pop-up restuarnt on the Southbank was a Chow Patty inspired beach bar for the Diamond Jubilee celebrations. I worked closely with design company Honest to create some feature pieces within the venue.
I managed a small team to construct and install a 24m woven wall made out of reclaimed canvas, sourcing a carrier bag walkway installation and a ribbon grid light feature in the bathrooms. All materials used were recycled or reclaimed. The restaurant was open for 3 months and was a huge success.
